Merge Gaming Network Temporary Closed For New US PlayersRakebackSafe.com News June 02 - 2011
Merge Gaming Network Temporary Closed For New US Players !
So, now Merge Gaming Network say that they will temporary close for new US signups beginning on Friday (tomorrow). Existing players can still play as usual !
Hmm, did we not have enough changes lately ? Instead of thinking of ways to make sure all new players get good and fast support, the management at Merge are scratching their heads thinking of ways to skyrocket the support requests from existing players. And making webmasters look like fools trying to update pages every other day in order to make up for all the changes made on Merge recently.
First, in March 2011 players from Australia could signup on Merge, then a few weeks later in April 2011 they could not play anymore and got blocked.
Then Black Friday came (April 15th), and signup bonuses was quickly raised to something like $2000. After a few weeks (May) bonus rules was introduced, and 150% upto $750 became max bonus allowed.
Then in late May players from France and 5 US states get blocked (existing players from the states can still play) !
Then on June 1st 35% rakeback deals are closed for new signups on all Merge sites. Everything was changed to VIP Cashback Deals.
Then on the 2nd of June US players are temporary blocked.
Again, did we not have enough changes lately ? Well, we are getting somewhat tired of changing the pages related to all Merge Gaming Network sites every freaking day.
We are told that this temporary halt on new US signups is intended to only last 4-6 weeks, as the network strives to improve their service and processing for the thousands of players who have joined the network since April 15th. ( lol )
Temporary blocked.... Hmm there is something fishy going on ! Funny that this "temporary block of US signups" is leaked/announced around the very same time we "heard a little bird singing" that Merge Gaming Network got granted a LGA class 3 and class 3 on 4 license. LGA is the gaming authority on Malta, and this grants Merge with a EU license.
But now, it gets a little interesting ! Currently there are no poker sites on the whole internet that accept US players and also have a EU License from LGA on Malta. Will Merge be the first ? We don´t think so. Go figure.... !
