Fulltilt Poker Offline And Gambling License Suspended

Fulltilt Poker is currently offline, no games are running, and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has suspended Fulltilt´s license !
Fulltilt Poker is required to suspend all operations with immediate effect, which means that Full Tilt must from today cease to register new customers, cease to accept deposits from existing players, cease to let existing players withdraw funds, and they must also cease to permit customers to participate in any form of poker game play or gambling transaction.
In a special investigation after April 15th, it was determined that Full Tilt Poker is operating contrary to Alderney legislation. Fulltilt must suspend all operations until a determination is met in a hearing which is to be held July 26th.
This is bad news for Fulltilt, since now they simply don´t have a license anywhere, so they offline and are not allowed to offer online poker games. They are not allowe to take new players, and they are not even allowed to pay funds back to players.
As of today, Moneybookers also announced that they have ceased business with Fulltilt Poker, Moneybookers will not be available as a deposit or withdrawel option at Fulltilt even if they continiue to operate in the future !
Fulltilt Poker has still not paid any US player funds since black friday (April 15th 2011), and even non US players have had a very hard time getting paid by Full Tilt. There has been huge delays lasting months on simple withdrawels to Moneybookers and Neteller for non US players. It´s fairly safe to assume that Fulltilt is simply short on cool cash, and they most likely don´t have the cash the digital balances shows. If they had the money, they would have paid by now, and their license would most likely not have been suspended either. Only time will tell if there is a backup plan, or if Full Tilt is bankrupt.
UPDATE JULY 4th: France (Arjel.fr) has suspended Fulltilt Poker´s french license !
